【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestheidentificationandquantificationproceduresofthesampledPCDDs/PCDFs.Itisanintegralpartofthecompletemeasurementprocedure.Theuseoftheothertwopartsofthisstandard,EN1948-1:2006andEN1948-2:2006,describingsamplingandextractionandclean-up,respectively,isnecessaryforthedeterminationofthePCDDs/PCDFs.ThisEuropeanStandardhasbeendesignedtomeasurePCDD/PCDFconcentrationsatabout0,1ngITEQ/m3instationarysourceemissions.ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesbothmethodvalidationandaframeworkofqualitycontrolrequirementswhichshallbefulfilledbyanyPCDD/PCDFidentificationandquantificationmethodstobeapplied.SomemethodsaredescribedindetailinAnnexAasexamplesofprovenprocedures.Eachofthethreesamplingmethods(Part1)canbecombinedwiththeextractionandclean-up(Part2)andtheidentificationandquantification(Part3)tocompletethemeasurementprocedure.Duringcomparisonmeasurementsofthethreesamplingmethodsonmunicipalwasteincineratorsatthelevelofabout0,1ngI-TEQ/m3thesemethodshavebeendeemedcomparablewithintheexpectedrangeofuncertainty.Validationtrialswereperformedonthefluegasofmunicipalwasteincineratorsatthelevelofabout0,1ngI-TEQ/m3andadustloadingoffrom1mg/m3to15mg/m3.AlthoughthisEuropeanStandardisprimarilydevelopedandvalidatedforgaseousstreamsemittedbywasteincinerators,thepracticalexperienceshowsthatitcanbeappliedforwideconcentrationrangesandvariousemissionsources.TheproceduredescribedinthethreepartsofEN1948:2006specifiesrequirementsinordertomeasureevery2,3,7,8-chlorinesubstitutedPCDD/PCDFcongenerrequiredtocalculatethetotalI-TEQ(seeTableA.1ofEN1948-1:2006).BesidesthedeterminationofPCDDs/PCDFsthedescribedmeasurementmethodsaresuitablefordeterminationofotherlow-volatilesubstances,e.g.ofdioxin-likePCBs(detailsforsamplingandanalysesseeCEN/TS1948-4),althoughnovalidatedperformancecharacteristicsareavailableyet.
