【摘要】:ThisTechnicalSpecificationprovidesguidanceontheuseofheatfluxmetersinfiretestingapplications,includingthedescriptionandworkingprinciplesofcommonheatfluxmetersandmethodsfortheirselectionandmaintenance.Theguidancecanalsobeappliedtomeasuringheatfluxfromradiantpanelsandotherlargeheatsourcesusedtosimulatetheheatfluxfromafire.Itisapplicableforallcommontestingpurposeswhenmeasuringheatfluxfromradiantsources.ThisTechnicalSpecificationalsoprovidesbasictheoryandworkingprinciplesofheatfluxmetersandmethodsforselection,useandmaintenanceofheatfluxmeters.Althoughitisparticularlyaimedattheapplicationofheatfluxmetersinfiretestsandexperimentalworksconcerningfireresearch,itcanalsoserveasaguideforotherresearchapplications,forexample,researchonboilers,combustionprocesses,etc.Instruments,whichmeasurethetransienttemperatureofasolidbodyofknownmassandheatcapacitytoinfertheheatflux(slugcalorimetertype),arenotcoveredbythisTechnicalSpecification.
