【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesrequirementsfortheconstruction,performanceandlabellingofshell-in-mortarsandthecorrespondingtestmethods.Itisapplicabletofireworkswhichareclassifiedasshell-in-mortarsofcategory3inEN14035-2.itisnotapplicabletoshell-in-mortarscontainingpyrotechniccompositionthatincludesanyofthefollowingsubstances:--mixturescontainingamassfractionofchloratesgreaterthan80%;---mixturesofchlorateswithmetals;--mixturesofchlorateswithredphosphorus;--mixturesofchlorateswithpotassiumhexacyanoferrate(ll);--mixturesofchlorateswithsulfur;--mixturesofchlorateswithsulfides;--leadorleadcompounds;--mercurycompounds;--whitephosphorus;--picratesorpicricacid;---potassiumchloratewithamassfractionofbromatesgreaterthan0,15%;--sulfurwithanacidity,expressedasmassfractionofsulfuricacid,greaterthan0,002%;--zirconiumwithaparticlesizeoflessthan40pm.NOTEInEN14035-2,shell-in-mortarsareclassifiedasfollows:--briefdescription:assemblycomprisingashellinsideamortar,fromwhichtheshellisdesignedtobeprojected;--principaleffects:projectionoftheshellandsubsequentburstingoftheshellcaseathighaltitude,withejectionofanypyrotechnicunitsproducingvisualand/orauraleffect(s).Schemesfortypetestingofshell-in-mortarsandbatchtestingofshell-in-mortarsarespecifiedinAnnexAandAnnexBrespectively.
