【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandarddefinesthesignallingproceduresandprotocolforthepurposeofcircuit-switchedCallControlattheQ-referencepointbetweenPrivateIntegratedNetworkExchanges(PINXs)connectedtogetherwithinaPrivateIntegratedServicesNetwork(PISN).TheQreferencepointisdefinedinISO/IEC11579-1.ThisInternationalStandardisbaseduponthatdescribedinITU-TRecommendationQ.931,includingtheprovisionsforsymmetricaloperationdescribedinannexDofthatrecommendation.ServicespecificationsareproducedinthreestagesandaccordingtothemethodspecifiedinETS300387.ThisInternationalStandardcontainsthestage3specificationfortheQreferencepointandsatisfiestherequirementsidentifiedbythestage1andstage2specificationsinECMA-142,ECMA-148andISO/IEC11584.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoPINXswhichinterconnecttoformaPISN.AnnexZCisanintegralpartofthisInternationalStandard.
