【摘要】:1GeneralThisInternationalStandardmakesrecommendationsfortheimplementationofdesignreviewasameansofverifyingthatthedesigninputrequirementshavebeenmetandstimulatingtheimprovementoftheproduct'sdesign.Theintentionisforittobeappliedduringthedesignanddevelopmentphaseofaproduct'slifecycle.Itprovidesguidelinesforplanningandconductingadesignreviewandspecificdetailsconcerningcontributionsbyspecialistsinreliability,maintenance,maintenancesupportandavailability.TheprocessfordesignanddevelopmentisoutlinedinFigure1andrequirementsformanagementofthedesignanddevelopmentprocessoverallaregiveninISO9001:2000.Thestagesatwhichthedesignrevieworreviewsaretobeheldshouldbedeterminedduringthedevelopmentoftheplanforthedesign.Theobjectivesofadesignreviewinclude:·assessingwhethertheproposedsolutionmeetsthedesigninputrequirementsthatinclude,butarenotlimitedto:specifiedgeneralperformancerequirements,dependability,lifecyclecosts,safety,endurance,environment,electromagneticcompatibility,humanfactors;·assessingwhethertheproposedsolutionisthemostrobust,efficientandeffectivesolutiontoachievetheproductrequirements;·providingrecommendationsasrequiredforachievingthedesigninputrequirements;·assessingthestatusofthedesignintermsofthecompletenessofthedrawingsandspecifications;·assessingtheevidencetosupporttheverificationofthedesignperformance;·proposingimprovements.Designreviewfacilitatesassessmentofthestatusofthedesignagainsttheinputrequire-ments,identificationofopportunitiesforimprovementandguidesthedesignmanagertowardsappropriateaction.Itacceleratesmaturingoftheproductbyreducingthetimeneededtostabilizedesigndetails,andallowsproductrealizationtoproceedwithoutfrequentinterruptions.Designreviewcanalsostimulateearlyproductimprovement.2ApplicationThestageorstagesatwhichadesignreviewistobeperformedshouldbedeterminedinthedesignanddevelopmentplanningstageofaprojectoradesigntask.Influencingfactorsshouldincludecustomerrequirements,regulatoryrequirements,thesizeandcomplexityoftheproduct,theusetowhichtheproductistobeput,andtheconsequencesoffailure.Thecosttocorrectdeficienciesinadesignandthepotentialconsequencesincreaseasthedesignnearscompletion.Also,asthedesignprogressestowardscompletion,sotheflexibilitytoimplementachangetocorrectadeficiencyortooptimizethedesigndecreases.Eachorganizationundertakingdesignanddevelopmentshouldadopteitheracomprehensivedesignreviewprogrammeaspresentedinthisstandard,ortailoramorelimitedonetomeetspecificproductand/orprocessneeds.Thedesignreviewshouldbeincorporatedintotheorganization'soverallmanagementsystemand,asapplicable,eachproject'sschedule.Limitationsofsizeandresourcesoftheorganization,projectvalue,productbenefits,risksandcomplexity,allinfluencethesizeandfrequencyofdesignreviews.Insmallerorganizations,itcouldbenecessarytosupplementstaffwithpersonnelfromsuppliers,consultantsandotheroutsideadvisors.3TypesofapplicationTherearetwotypesofapplication:eitheranin-housecreatedrequirementforanewdesign,oradesignrequirementfromanexternalsource.Inthecaseofthelatter,theriskofamisunderstandingismuchgreater.Anymisunderstandingcouldbecomeacontractualissueanddesignreviewmeetingswiththeclientwillbeofprimaryimportancetoensurethattheemergingdesignmeetstheclient'srequirements.Adesignreviewshouldbeheld:·priortoorderacceptancetoensurethatthescopeofworkisestablishedtogetherwithalltheparametersthatneedtobemetforanacceptabledesign;
