【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestherequirementsofenamelledroundaluminiumwindingwireofclass180withadualcoating.Theunderlyingcoatingisbasedonpoly-esterorpolyesterimideresin,whichmaybemodifiedprovidingitretainsthechemicalidentityoftheoriginalresinandmeetsallspecifiedwirerequirements.Thesuperimposedcoalingisbasedonpoiyamideresin.NOTE-Amodifiedresintoaresinthathasundergoneachemicalchange,orcontainsoneormoreadditivestoenhancecertainperformanceorapplicationcharacteristics.Class180isathermalclassthatrequiresaminimumtemperatureindexof180andaheatshocktemperatureofatleast200℃.ThetemperatureindegreesCelsiuscorrespondingtothetemperatureindexisnotneces-sarilythatatwhichitisrecommendedthatthewirebeoperatedandthiswilldependonmanyfactors,includingthetypeofequipmentinvolved.Therangeofnominalconductordiameterscoveredbythisstandardis:-Grade1:0,250mmuptoandIncluding3,150mm;-Grade2:0.400mmuptoandincluding5,000mm.Thenominalconductordiametersarespecifiedinclause4ofIEC317-0-3.
