【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestestproceduresfordeterminingtheresilientandpermanentbehaviourofunboundmixturesunderconditionsthatsimulatethephysicalconditionsandstressstatesofthesematerialsinpavementlayerssubjectedtomovingloads.Theseproceduresallowtodeterminemechanicalpropertiesthatcanbeusedforperformancerankingofmaterialsandforcalculatingthestructuralresponsesofpavementstructures.Thetestisapplicabletocylindricalspecimensofunboundmixturespreparedbylaboratorycompaction,withanabsolutemaximumparticlesizesmallerthanonefifthofthespecimendiameter.Fortheloadingofthespecimen,twomethodsareprovided:—MethodA:TheVariableConfiningPressuremethodinwhichthecellpressureiscycledinphasewiththeaxialload.—MethodB:TheConstantConfiningPressuremethodinwhichonlycyclicaxialloadingandconstantconfiningpressureareperformed.
